Refund Policy

Coach Jéo is the practice of Juergen Stolzlechner (Jürgen Stolzlechner), owner of GSD-S Limited.

Unused sessions. If sessions are still unused 3 months after you bought the package, you can ask for a refund of them. Sessions do not expire, so you may keep them instead. Email [email protected] to ask.
Amount. The price you paid for the package divided by the number of sessions in it, per unused session. Delivered sessions are not refunded. Sessions forfeited under the cancellation rules in the Terms count as used and are not refunded.
Method and timing. Refunds go to the original payment method (for bank transfers, the originating account) within 14 days of accepting your request. We cover processor fees on the refund.
If we cannot deliver a session or end the engagement. We first offer to reschedule. Failing that, unused sessions are refunded at the per-session rate above.
EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by a clear statement sent to [email protected] (you may use the form below). If you asked us in writing to start sessions earlier, you pay proportionally for sessions already delivered and the rest is refunded. If the service has been fully performed with your prior express request and acknowledgement, the right ends.
Chemistry call. Free, so no refund applies.
Your statutory rights under mandatory consumer law are unaffected.
