Who is responsible. Coach Jéo is a trading name of GSD-S Limited, Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. GSD-S Limited is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect, why, and on what basis
- Name, email, booked time, any note you add (Cal.com). Purpose: arrange and run your chemistry call or session. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): steps before a contract; contract.
- Emails and WhatsApp messages. Purpose: answer you; run the engagement. Legal basis: legitimate interests; contract.
- Payment record (Airwallex, PayPal). Purpose: take payment; keep accounts. We never see or store card numbers. Legal basis: contract; legal obligation.
- What you share in sessions, and our notes. Purpose: deliver the coaching. Legal basis: contract; for sensitive details, your explicit consent in your coaching agreement.
- IP address, browser type, requested page (Cloudflare). Purpose: deliver and secure the website. We do not access these logs. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Sensitive information. You choose what to share in sessions. Sensitive details (for example about health, relationships or beliefs) are handled under the explicit consent you give in your coaching agreement.
Cookies. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Nothing from Cal.com loads until you click “Show calendar”; after that, Cal.com applies its own policy.
Who receives data. Cal.com (booking), Microsoft (email, storage, Teams), Airwallex and PayPal (payments), Notion (session notes), Cloudflare (hosting), WhatsApp (optional channel), and Google Meet or Zoom if we use them for a session. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers. Some providers are outside the EU/EEA. Where they receive data from us, they rely on their own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Ask us for details.
How long we keep data
- Non-clients (chemistry call, no engagement): booking, emails and notes are deleted 6 months after the call.
- Clients: bookings and emails, 24 months after last contact; session notes, 12 months after the engagement ends; accounting records, 7 years.
You can ask us to delete data earlier, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights. Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time: email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Adults only. Coaching is for people aged 18 and over.
